TIKI TAR INDUSTRIES came into existence in the year 1964 and is engaged in the manufacture and supply of various Grades of Bitumen and allied products. It was established by late Shri. K.D.Shah with a modest beginning, but the firm has consistently maintained its strong presence in the competitive market for bituminous products ever since.

Among the pioneers in the field of bituminous products “Tiki” Brand products has captured a substantial share due to the high quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. The range of Bitumen / Asphalt and Coal Tar Products manufactured by Tiki Tar Industries strictly conforms to BIS/BS/ASTM/ AWWA/IRC/MORTH Specifications or as per the client-specifications. The company is also Accredited of ISO 9001-2000

The gradual growth of the firm in the succeeding years was due to the trust and patronage shown by the well wishers and valued Customers .

It has become a Limited company so as to render more efficient service to the Clients.

The production of the Company is supported by a fully equipped laboratory with sophisticated and precisely calibrated testing and instruments – manned by highly qualified and experienced technical personnel for In–house Testing, Quality Control and Research & Development.

Since the economic development of India is largely dependent upon an efficient network of road transport system, the company has paid special attention to Bitumen products useful for Construction and maintenance of Roads and Runways. The Bitumen Emulsion and Polymer and Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen are approved by Governmental Agencies for use in various Government and Defense Projects. The above products have the capacity to withstand the assault inflicted by climatic upheavals and heavy traffic on the roads for longer periods. These products have been successfully used in various projects of P.W.D., NHAI, projects funded by the World Bank, among others.

Another area of operation by the company is in the field of waterproofing. Since leakage and seepage in the buildings and cement structures became a perennial problem which could not be stopped with the conventional method of waterproofing prevalent in India, the Company introduced APP Modified bituminous waterproofing membrane with non-woven Polyester and fiber-glass reinforcement as being used in highly developed countries ensuring long lasting relief from water leakage for many years .

In the Building and Construction sector also the presence of the company’s products is abundantly seen.

The Company has its roots firmly established in the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Andra Pradesh. However its area of operation extends not only in India but also abroad with a factory in Malaysia.

The aim of the Company is to expand its products and activities in an economical way, so that they are available to meet the requirements of clients in India and abroad.
